Triply Kadhai  Cover is made using 100% food grade high quality triply stainless steel. It consists of three layers; an inner SS 304 and an outer SS 430 grade steel layer, and an aluminium sheet sandwiched in between, making it safe to use for everyday cooking.The middle or second layer consists of an edge-to-edge food grade aluminium sheet that helps distribute heat evenly. This allows for uniform heating and fast and even cooking, saving your valuable time. The outer SS 430 grade steel layer keeps food warm for longer duration due to its heat retention properties.
